I originally wore this outfit for a dressy dinner date (hence the heels), but once I put on these glasses I thought, "Wait a sec, do I look like a teacher?" This actually happened the last time I wore these glasses as well. It's not like all teachers wear glasses, so I'm not sure where this thought stems from. Plus, there's no way this outfit can be teacher-appropriate since I'm wearing a crop top, right? Or have the rules of dress code changed since my day? I need an update.

Sometimes I wish I had gone the route of becoming a teacher. I mean, having entire summers off must be awesome. But then I remember how horrible I am with kids. Seriously. If I can barely have the patience to entertain my little cousins for a mere 2 hours, there's no way I could handle an entire classroom of children for a whole school day. This is why teachers are like glorious super-humans to me, I don't know how they do it!
