It never fails, every year I change my mind a billion times about what I wanna be for Halloween. Last year I just gave up and threw on some cat ears, but my roommate refused to let me do that again, haha. I went from wanting to be Spinelli from Recess to Tina Belcher to just a deer to a Day of the Dead type costume until I FINALLY settled on being a scarecrow after I realized I already own overalls + a plaid shirt + a floppy hat (closet costume for the win!). All I had to buy was some straw, so easy! Although next time for actual Halloween night I think I'll stuff in more straw since it kept falling out all over the place! Oh well, at least straw is cheap. Costumes where I can spend the least amount of money as possible - I am all about that life. What are you gonna be for Halloween?

p.s. Turns out there's a very fine line between scarecrow makeup & looking like the Joker. :P

Costume details:
thrifted Target plaid shirt
TJ Maxx overall shorts
Nine West floppy hat
Macy's boots
Marshalls tights
