Fitted midi dresses have been a recent obsession of mine; I just love how effortless they look! You can dress 'em up or dress them down which is a major yes I need this now in my book. I read on some fashion advice website that petite girls should stay away from midi dresses because they make us look shorter than we really are. *eye roll* I think girls should be able to wear whatever they please, regardless of their height or size. As long as what you're wearing makes you feel good, that's all that matters!

Seriously though, y'all, soft fitted midi dresses are where it's at. If you want a dress that also doubles as something comfortable to take naps in, I recommend them (I know this from experience). The only con of this dress is when I'm sporting a major food baby after a meal; then the midi betrays me. Ya gotta take the good with the bad.
