If you ever want to visit Austin and not look like a tourist, just wear fringe. Fringe is such a staple in this city, and yet it's pretty much non-existent in my closet. I know, I know, I'm a disgrace. But if you're like me, it takes time for you to ease into a trend before you fully accept it. In fact, I seem to always be trying out trends by the time the fashion world has moved on to the next big thing—like when I finally bought a high-low skirt in 2012, but everyone had moved on to peplum tops; or when I bought a little leather structured backpack last year, but suddenly bucket bags were all the rage. Because I seem to always be late to the party, I decided to just knock out two trends in one: a fringe bucket bag. Oh, and an off-the-shoulder top (these are still in style, right?)! Three trends in one outfit post. I spoil you guys.
