Dress. Shoes. Bag. This is a very HIGH FASHION outfit post, y’all. (Okay, not really.) If you couldn’t tell, I’m wearing the same shoes and bag combo that I dawned in my last outfit post. It truly is the bare minimum (har har), but I love how effortless it is! I’ve always wanted to be someone who could easily pull off the boho style (similar to my blogger pal, April, who kills it every time), but I haven’t quite gotten there yet. These suede pieces are a great transition into the trend, I think. Don’t rush me, people!
I don’t bare my back often on this blog; in fact, this dress probably shows the most skin than anything else I own. But I’ve been in a style rut with my closet lately, so I wanted to try something new. I’m glad I did because I absolutely love this dress. I wear it all the time now, but when I first got it, I was uncertain how to wear it. The front of the dress is so loose that if you pull on it, my entire chest would be exposed. And no one wants to see that! Well, maybe some weirdos would. So do I wear a bandeau? A strappy bralette? Finally I decided to just go for it and trust that no one was going to be a creep and pull on my dress. I’m happy to report that my chest still remains a mystery to the public.
